Wildrose Kennels is a family owned dog kennel located in South Central Iowa. We have been raising puppies for 26 years in the same location, on our family farm. We have evolved through various breeds of dogs and have found our passion and love lies with small dogs therefore, we raise only Yorkshire Terriers (Yorkies), Maltese and a cross of the two, Yortese.

All of our crosses are only first generation crosses which ensures the healthiest puppies. Anything less can cause serious health issues and mutations. We believe you and our puppies deserve only the very best therefore, we use only first generation.

All of our pure bred dogs are registered through AKC (American Kennel Club) and the crosses (Yortese) are registered through Universal Pet Registry.

We believe that each puppy needs personal care and attention, therefore, we hand raise these little guys in our home. Each one is loved, played with, and cared for on an individual basis. By doing so, not only do they thrive and become very social and well adjusted but also, ensures when you welcome one of our puppies into your home, they are ready to join your family.

We also work very closely with our personal Veterinarian when it comes to health issues, well baby shots, and worming so all our puppies are in the best of health when they leave our care.
 
We promise never to lie to you! The information and pictures you receive will be authentic for the puppy you chose and receive. We will be here well after the sale if you have any questions or concerns. Our goal is for you and your puppy to the best of companions. We want you to be happy and for your puppy to be healthy, well adjusted, loved, well cared for and an excellent addition to your family. We would love for you to update us from time to time to let us know how things are going and send pictures so we can see how the baby is doing.
